This sign is not the name of the building, it says:
Visitor reception time and time for receiving documents:
Monday - 09.00am- 1.00pm... 1.45pm-6.00pm
T - 11.00am- 1.00pm... 1.45pm-8.00pm
W - 09.00am- 1.00pm
T - 11.00am- 1.00pm... 1.45pm-8.00pm
F - 09.00am- 1.00pm... 1.45pm-4.45pm
S - 09.00am- 1.00pm... 1.45pm-4.00pm
Sunday - day off
It's not clear from the sign if the first time listed each day is for requesting documents and the second time is for receiving the documents or if it is simply a lunch break.
