Passport application is submitted. Now it's just waiting for it to come back... it has to go to Moscow, then come back to Irkutsk, then get registered, then we can leave. They keep saying it will take "three" weeks to come back but we can check in two... (weeks that is). I think I'll get "firm" as Elena says to do and have them check on 3/9... miracles do happen!!
More update later...

Another step closer to home. Keep the faith. I admire your strength. The Lord has brought you this far and continues to be there for you.
Yippee!! Not for the waiting, for the submission of application! You're in the home stretch now. =)
Your comment on bird made me laugh, I could use the correct way to say "don't drink the bathwater" as well, because my enlish isn't cutting it with Aidan.
One more thing to check off the list! Yippee! Have fun waiting and enjoy every precious moment! LOL
Thank God the final red tape hurdle has been jumped! At least during this wait you have the time to totally concentrate on Nathan and teach him some more things so he can better communicate with his brother. I smile as I imagine your two boys playing together.
What an example of love, patience, endurance and faith all who know you have wittnessed during this very long process. Now I can say with meaning - we'll see you soon. I'll end this entry the same way it started - thank God!
